General Information
Ordering Gowns:
-Once you have chosen a gown an have placed your order. Delivery will take anywhere between 4-6 months to be delivered, depending on which designer’s gown you choose.
-Once your gown arrived you will. Require approximately 3 fittings with the dressmaker to complete your alterations.
Payments when ordering NEW gowns:
-A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total purchase price is required to order bridal and bridesmaids gowns.
-The balance is then placed on a lay-by system, then requiring monthly instalments over a period of 5 months.
-Failure to make your monthly payments by the specified due date, will result in a $10 administration charge for each month you are overdue.
Change of Mind/Cancellations
-Cancellations will not be accepted once the gown has been ordered with the designer.
-We do not accept responsibility for ‘Change of Mind’.
Alterations
-Briony Leigh Bridal gowns are ‘off the rack’ meaning they are made to a standard sizing and will require alterations.
-Alterations incur an additional charge.
-Alterations can not commence until your gown is paid for in full.
Sale Items
-Briony Leigh Bridal require full payment on all sale items
-Sale items are sold in ‘as is’ condition. Some slight repairs may be required however we do keep our gowns in excellent condition in order to minimise or even exclude repairs.
-No refunds or exchange on such items.
ONLINE STORE
-Items on the online store are all currently sale items, the above terms and conditions ‘Sale Items’ apply to these items.
Delivery of Online Items
-Delivery of items purchased online will take 3-5 business days once full payment is received via PayPal.
